Community Building

Not healthcare. Life.

Alongside non-medical home care, we created the Eden Community Club. Every month we organize optional social outings for clients who want to remain active and connected in the community.

My mission isn't just helping people stay at home. It's helping people continue living a life they love at home.

Four Ways To Connect

Learn, Create, Move, Connect

    Learn

    Keeping the mind active

    • Library lectures

    • History talks

    • Museum tours

  • A young woman knitting with two elderly women, one in a wheelchair, in a cozy room with colorful wall and tables with papers and markers.

    Create

    Hands-on creativity

    • Knitting

  • An elderly couple walking together on a shaded garden path.

    Move

    Not exercise. Movement.

    • Nature walks

  • Two women smiling and engaging in conversation, one wearing glasses and a lavender uniform, and the other with blonde hair tied in a ponytail wearing a green hoodie, in a professional or caregiving setting.

    Connect

    Purely social

    • Birthday celebrations

    • Music events

Meet Susan Shreeve

Lover of old movies, gardening, and good conversations

A little about Susan

Susan loves old movies, tending to her garden, Sunday afternoon phone calls with her grandchildren, and never turns down a good game of cards. Her favorite music is Motown, and she's happiest when the weather is warm enough to sit outside with a cup of tea.

A little wisdom from Susan

“I've learned that a good life isn't about how much you have. It's about having people to laugh with, something to look forward to, and somewhere that feels like home.”
